Golden Valley Bank is a community bank established in 2006 in Chico, CA and expanded into Redding, CA in 2018 with a Business Banking Center. Golden Valley Bancshares, Inc. is the holding company of Golden Valley Bank and its subsidiaries. Golden Valley Bancshares, Inc. was created in 2020.
